Sales: We offer a full line of stair parts for all custom (curved and flared), standard (straight), and spiral stairs. We carry most standard railings, balusters and newels in our warehouse. Additionally, we specialize in custom-designed balusters, newels and fittings for any application, including any custom metal balustrade and panel fabrication.
We offer delivery and installation on any parts sold and everything from a cost-effective builders line of quality parts to full service attention from our dedicated sales force and qualified shop personnel.
Our sales/design team can review blueprints, visit jobsites and recommend different applications depending on your preferences. Our design capabilities and procedures are well established and we can make any type of staircase in any type of wood.
Measuring: Our qualified shop personnel will measure for your stair at the jobsite and recommend any changes based upon the existing framing and structural components, so that the stair will look the best it can in the space provided. We use a CAD (computer assisted design) to layout the staircase and ensure that all measurements meet building codes, and your approval prior to production.
Manufacture: Once all the details are finalized the stair is assembled in our shop using the latest in computer technology to ensure the highest precision of accuracy, the rail is bent with the stair when curves are made and tread covers are applied to protect all treads. Free-standing stairs are fitted with custom beams to give rigidity. If needed, steel reinforcing is added under the stair.
Delivery and installation: All parts and stairs sold are protected and delivered safely to the job site in a timely manner. Our team of installers are professional and dedicated. Curved stairs are installed with the rail in place to keep the precision of the curve. Handrails are then installed with the balusters, newels and railings on site. The end result is a beautiful crown jewel that will give you the pride and satisfaction we feel every homeowner and home builder deserves. |
